This is 30 minute long light horror (not that spooky in my opinion) that is not meant to be taken seriously, it's a joke game with some dumb jokes in it that hopefully will everyone enjoy it.
In game you can turn off all VHS effects and it has FoV slider from 30-120V, changing these settings may result in some graphical stuff but most likely won't.
